Stage 1: discussion of details
During working hours within 15 minutes after sending the application our managers will contact you. These friendly people will answer all your questions, take the order, calculate its cost and discuss all the details with you. After learning more about your requirements and capabilities, the manager will help you choose the best set of our services. If the terms are lit – they will offer you an urgent embroidery for extra charge. If you need cheaper - tell will tell you what can reduce the total cost. If you know nothing about machine embroidery at all, they will devote you to the details and advantages of this type of application.
Here are the main issues that are discussed with you at this stage:

Stage 2: digitizing
Here you have discussed all the details with the manager, approved all the requirements and went about your business. After that, the manager transferred your order to our designers.
A designer is the person who makes a computer program from your picture. This program will then be loaded into the embroidery machine, and it will embroider everything very accurately and accurately. To do this, the designer must prescribe each stitch: its length, tension, thread color. He also sets up all needle punctures, broaches, knots, tilting of threads, overlapping objects. This work is very painstaking. It is possible that at this stage our designer will contact you to clarify some subtleties. After all, the quality of the layout depends on the quality of the layout!
Our designers have long been engaged in their work and know machine embroidery very well. In difficult cases, they will offer you the best solution for your embroidery. If your requirements may damage the quality of future work, the designer will definitely clarify this issue with you.
When the layout is ready, it will be sent to you for approval. At this stage, it is possible to make small changes, for example, changing the color of objects or scaling the entire design.
Stage 3: sample embroidery
After approval, the program will go to production, where it will be used to send a sampler on our material. The sampler will help you assess the quality of the work and make sure that everything is done exactly as you would like. We work on the probe until it matches the ideals of the quality of embroidery and you do not approve it.
Usually we send a photo of the sampler to your email, but you can come to the office and evaluate it personally. After you approve the sampler, we begin to remove the circulation.
Stage 4: embroidery circulation and processing

Stage 5: shipping and payment
